Maximum Ride: Book 4 - The Final Warning

The Final Warning (Maximum Ride, #4)First she was watched. Then she was threatened. This is her final warning.
Maximum Ride is a perfectly normal teenage who just happens to be able to fly, the result of an out-of-control genetic experiment. Max and the other members of the flock - five kids who share her remarkable ability - have been asked to aid a group of enviromental scientists studying the effects of global warming. The expedition seems like the perfect combination of adventure, activism - and escape from the government forces that are watching the flock at all times.
But even in Antarctica, enduring the harshest weather on our planet, Maximum Ride is an irresistible target in constant danger. For whoever controls her powers could also control the world...

Language
The usual lineup of 16 misuses of the Lord's name, 6 'crap's 3 'jeez's 2 'goldang's 1 each of 'what the hell' 'p.o'd' and 'Holy mud'.

Sexual Content
Max and Fang kiss, which I don't neccessarily have a problem with. What I have a problem with is the fact that they are going to solitary places to do it (not sure if its in this book or others, but, namely, the bathroom with the door closed). Max talks about how a teen magazine would tell her to 'access her inner vixen' Girls ask Fang stuff like does he have a girlfriend, are Max and Fang married, will Max and Fang have babies or eggs. A dog thinks another dog is a 'total goddess'

Violence
the usual slapstick stuff, and the anti climactic battle at the end.

Honestly, I did not like this book. It was extremely propagandist, and it was just pretty weird. PG.
